What you'll do:
Develop, maintain and implement HR procedures and processes (such as onboarding, career development, assessments, satisfaction surveys etc.);
Communicate with the management team and staff on the regular basis;
Define and express critical issues discovered in a company and come up with rational solutions and fitting changes;
Actively participate in personal development of staff by coaching, training and mentoring
Nourish and support HR brand and internal communications;
Be an advisor to everyone in the company on any HR-related issues;
Act as a driver of changes that would move the company to better overall results.
